I’m Christina, and welcome to Cavaforlunch.com
I first started Cavaforlunch in 2014. At the time, I was living la dolce vita as a history and archeology student in Rome, Italy. It was just as cool as it sounds (if not more!). Back then, my life consisted of muddy archeological excavations, pretty Italian men and huge amounts of local wine (zero regrets).
Very fund indeed, but not necessarily a sustainable lifestyle. I decided to recuperate as a postgrad student in (less sunny) Glasgow, and surprisingly enough I’m still here – three years and numerous adventures later. These days I’ve handed in my history books and lectures for a job in digital marketing and tech, but Cavaforlunch – and my passion for wine – is still going strong.
CavaforLunch.com is both a blog and an inspirational platform carefully curated for all of you wanderlusters out there (yes, you!). My sole aim is to inspire you – not necessarily to travel more, but to travel better.
